The ingame editor for FM2010 will no longer allow you to edit the european leagues, due to the fact that FM2011 will no longer be supporting the game properly.. Luckily though, we have FMRTE 3.0.239 available, which will allow you to do so once again.

The Football Manager Real Time Editor is available for Windows (Steam) and Mac. The version I have is for Windows and uses DirectX 9.0c (Not sure if this is compatible with macOS).
